The 21-year-old boxer, who starred on “Love Island” in 2019, has posted the results of his six-week training program on Instagram and is looking forward to his next fight.
Next to a photo side by side about his dramatic transformation, Tommy wrote, “What if you apply and dedicate 6 weeks to… yep only 6 WEEKS [bicep emoji] I said that last time, but this time it’s different, I feel fitter than ever. 1 week to go…. let’s get it (sic) ”
Tommy’s impressive training results impressed his friend Molly-Mae Hague, who praised his efforts on social media.
In Tommy’s post she commented: “MADNESS. Worth everything. (sic) ”
Tommy is best known for starring alongside Molly-Mae on “Love Island,” but previously insisted that he continue to focus on his boxing career.
The sports star, who is the young brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, recently said: “Boxing is my life. I just train and I’m on my way.
“As soon as I got off the plane after ‘Love Island’ at Manchester Airport, I said I just wanted to box. So we went to Frank Warren and took the show on the streets.
“Love Island was great fun, earned me a lot of privileges, and made money, but boxing outweighs celebrity life by a mile.”
Tommy loves the experience of working with his father and is determined to make the most of his talent.
He told the Daily Mirror, “Dad is training me as usual and pushing as hard as he can.
“He’s very old-fashioned with Rocky-style training methods.
“If you had a good day, he will let you know that you had a good day. If you had a bad day, he will let you know that you had a bad day.
“It is what I need. Because if I do something bad, someone told you about it.
“If you are told that you are fine every day, you will never improve.”
