Of mice and men shared a new song, Anchor

The track can be seen on the Californian metalcore band’s new ‘Timeless’ EP – today (February 26th) via SharpTone Records – and follows the previously revealed title track and Obsolete.

Anchor is arguably the most experimental cut of the three and alternates between aggressive riffs and grumpier bass- and synth-driven melody. Singer and bassist Aaron Pauley said:

“Anchor is the last song on the ‘Timeless’ EP. It deals with issues of uncertainty about the future as well as the complicated feelings that come with it. Overall, this EP deals with the idea of impermanence in an ever-changing world and how we all fit into the changing times – and begins a narrative that future releases will build from. “

The EP is now also available on a 10-inch vinyl, which is limited to 1000 copies worldwide. You can find orders here. Their last full-length album in 2019 was ‘Earthandsky’.
