Nancy Wilson has revealed details of her upcoming debut solo album, including the tracklist and cover art

‘You And Me’ will be released on May 7th via the new label Carry On Music from the multi-award-winning Heart co-founder and contains eight original songs and four covers.

In the fall of 2020, a sweeping rework of Bruce Springsteen’s The Rising was shared as the first preview of the LP, while other reinterpretations on the record include Pearl Jam’s Daughter, The Cranberries’ Dreams and Simon and Garfunkels The Boxer with vocals by Sammy Hagar.

Guns N ‘Roses bassist Duff McKagan performs with Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins on the original cut Party At The Angel Ballroom, while the album’s final track 4 Edward is an unplugged instrumental tribute to the late Eddie Van Halen is.

The album was recorded by the 66-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Fame candidate in her home studio in California, with band members and guests joining from afar.
