Mike Shinoda shared his brand new single "Happy Endings" with Iann Dior and UPSAHL

The Linkin Park musician dropped his first new music from 2021 with the single, which was initially shown as a 75-second clip earlier this week on his Twitch channel, social media platforms and select cryptocurrency authorities.

On the track, Shinoda links up with iann dior and up and coming Arizona artist UPSAHL, and you can hear ‘Happy Endings’ below after its release today (Feb. 19). An official music video is expected to follow soon.

Shinoda has also launched Happy Endings through an NFT [non-fungible tokens] Auction that gives its fans the opportunity to bid for the chance to win an original print of the individual work of art signed by Shinoda and contemporary artist Cain Caser.

The proceeds from the auction will benefit the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California.

Last month, Shinoda announced its # ShinodaProduceMe initiative, asking fans to submit their own tracks in order to have the musician produce the track.

Explaining the idea behind the gesture, Shinoda said, “In 2021, I wanted to find a way to give back to my amazing online community. I’m looking for singers, rappers and songwriters who need help to take them to the next level.

“If I think someone is great, I’ll produce their track live on my Twitch channel. There is no formal competition, just an intention. Twitch fans will help me find the right singers. “
