The singer, who announced her resignation from the girls’ group back in December, has already convinced fans that she is working on her own music after sharing a cryptic post on social media and commenting on her release a month ago Solos “liked” songs.
Now Jesy has fueled the speculation even further by sharing an Instagram story of herself sitting in a recording studio with producer Patrick Jordan-Patrikios.
She shared one of the pictures as a single post and added the caption, “My happy place.”

Jesy explained her decision to quit Little Mix after nine years, previously in a lengthy Instagram post, saying that being in a girls’ band had hit her mental health.
“The last nine years at Little Mix have been the most incredible time of my life,” she said. “We achieved things that I would never have thought possible. From winning our first Brit Award to our sold out shows at the O2.
“Finding friends and fans all over the world, I can’t thank you enough with all my heart for making me feel like the happiest girl in the world. You have always been there to support and encourage me and I will never forget it.
“The truth that I was in the band recently was affecting my sanity. I find the constant pressure to be in a girls group and to meet expectations very difficult.
“There comes a time in life when we need to invest in ourselves again instead of focusing on making other people happy, and I think now is the time to begin that process.”
Fans will no doubt be delighted to see Jesy in her “happy place”, possibly on the verge of spoiling her with her own brand of music.
