Britney Spears can’t believe her “two babies” – Sean Preston, 15, and Jayden James, 14 – are now young men.
The 39-year-old singer shared a rare photo from a hike with the couple that she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Both are now taller than their famous mom – and she said the teenagers wearing masks in the picture gave their consent to the picture being posted.
“It’s so crazy the way time goes by,” wrote Spears. “My boys are so big now !!!! I know … I know … it’s very hard for any mom, especially a mom with guys who see them grow up so fast !!!! Talk You over enough to bring you to your knees … MY GOD !!!! “
“However, I am very happy because both of my babies are so gentlemanly and so nice that I must have done something right !!!!” she wrote.

Spears wrote that she has not posted any photos of them lately “because they are the age at which they want to express their own identity, and I totally get that.” She said she “went out of her way” to edit the photo of the sunset and that led her to agree to allow her contribution.
“Now I don’t feel left out and I’m going to party,” she joked, adding, “Oh sh ** I think cool mothers don’t … Ok, I’ll just read a book instead.”
Spears’ friend Sam Asghari commented on the photo “Lioness with her cubs”.
The teenagers live mostly with Federline, Spears’ surrogate dancer husband who has the better hand in his 70-30 detention agreement.
In September 2019, the boys were given an injunction issued by Federline’s attorney to prevent Spears’ father and co-curator Jamie from seeing them. It came from an alleged incident a month earlier when Jamie and Sean Preston had a verbal argument that resulted in Jamie allegedly putting his hands on the teenager.
In early 2020, Jayden shared what he really thought about his grandfather in an Instagram Live video that was quickly deleted.
Jamie is, of course, at the center of the #FreeBritney movement. Spears has been in a conservatory since her involuntary hospitalization in 2008. Jamie, who originally ran it, is now overseeing the $ 60 million Spears estate along with co-curator Bessemer Trust, a finance company. However, Spears has tried to oust her father through her court-appointed attorney. Her lawyer said she was afraid of him and would not return to work until he was no longer in the role. Spears wants her persona restorer Jodi Montgomery – who is currently making decisions about her health, where she lives, and who she sees – overseeing the whole thing.
The New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears looked at the conservatory and stepped up the movement to #FreeBritney. Last week, Jamie’s attorney insisted that “people are doing it so wrong” and he only wants to help his daughter from people who “exploit her”.
Monday was a peaceful day for Spears, who also shared a post on “the craziness of the past year,” pointing out that she wasn’t just talking about the one year anniversary of the coronavirus pandemic in the US
She wrote: “This New Year should be a year in which we purify ourselves through meditation … prayer … any kind of hobby that brings joy … and we are aware of what we have in our bodies ]!!! All of this helps We have a clear mind … body … mind and offer so much more clarity in our daily life !!!! This year I dedicate myself a lot of tea and healing !!!! I am working on allowing myself not being strong all the time and knowing that it is okay to cry !!!! I pray for deep healing for all of us this year and I hope we can all inspire each other !!!! “
It ended with, “Again … BE GOOD – WATCH IT ON AMERICA !!!!” – a message that was also experienced in the documentary and that showed how mean the media were to her when she rose to superstar.
Spears also shared a relapse of herself at the 2002 Grammys. She was only 20 at the time and looked so happy, wearing a red dress with curly locks.
“That night was a dream,” she wrote. “Sometimes you have so much fun that the time goes by in literally 2 seconds !!!! That happened to me tonight !!!! I got hair and make-up in jeans and a sweatshirt and I left like that !!!! ! “”
Spears admitted, “It took me 19 years to realize that I was Julia Roberts Pretty Woman” with her red dress, the white and red diamonds and “Gosh, the curly hair !!!! The power of dreams.”
The next hearing in her case at the Conservatory is March 17th.
