The live premiere of Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry features an “intimate performance” and a chat with Eilish and director RJ Cutler, hosted by Apple Music’s Zane Lowe.
The event will be available to fans around the world from 9 p.m. ET on the Apple TV app and Eilish’s own YouTube channel.
Immediately after the event, Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry will debut for all subscribers on Apple TV +. The film “tells the true coming-of-age story of the singer-songwriter and her rise to global superstar”.
Although the 19-year-old had to cancel her planned world tour in 2021 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, she was busy with numerous other projects. In addition to the upcoming documentary film, she is publishing an audio book as well as a new picture book that offers insights into her life and music. Both will be published on May 11th through Grand Central Publishing.
“I spent hours and months going through my family albums and archives and hand-selecting all of the photos in this book,” said Billie.
“I hope you love it as much as I do.”
