AJ Tracey has hinted that he'll be sharing new music this week

In an Instagram post on Saturday (February 27th), the rapper from West London wrote next to a photo of him sitting at a dining table, “We’ll go again next week”.

The next photo in the post shows a note labeled “04/03/21”, fueling speculation that something will land on Thursday (March 4th).

The teaser follows Tracey’s announcement last December that his new album is “almost finished”.

The London rapper returned last November with the surprise EP ‘Secure The Bag! 2 ‘, which followed his self-titled debut album from 2019.

Tracey gave fans an update on his upcoming full-length second album and tweeted, “Album is almost done,” along with a pen emoji.

Review of the surprise ‘Secure The Bag! 2 ‘EP, NME wrote, “Where most artists need features and guest appearances to smooth out bumps and wrinkles, Tracey has his limelight. When collaborators show up, he doesn’t rely on them to improve a song. Instead, Slowthai, New Jersey’s A $ AP mob partner Swoosh God, and Toronto’s Sloan Evans play supporting characters on the AJ Tracey Show. “

Tracey’s most recent work is a guest appearance on Digga D’s single, “Bringing It Back,” which was released last month.

He was also confirmed in the first wave of acts for Reading and Leeds Festival 2021 Acts last month. The Festival Republic event will take place from August 27-29, 2021, provided the various criteria of the UK government’s proposed roadmap for the current coronavirus lockdown are met.
