The successful Hulu series, which will air in the UK on Channel 4, premieres on April 28th on the US streaming service. NME contacted Channel 4 about a UK release.
As reported by Digital Spy, the next episode will return with three episodes at the same time. The remaining seven episodes then land weekly.
The third series in the dystopian series, based on Margaret Atwood’s 1985 novel of the same name, was completed in the UK in September 2019. The show follows Elizabeth Moss’ character in June and lives in the totalitarian state of Gilead, where women are treated as women owned by the state.

At the end of the third season, Elisabeth Moss’ character June failed again because of her attempt to flee to Canada. This time, however, she acted as a decoy – and was shot dead in the process – so others could cross the border and meet with their families.
According to the teaser trailer, the fourth season will begin after these events.
Last October, Moss discussed the possibility of a happy ending for The Handmaid’s Tale in an interview.
Moss spoke about the future of the show, saying she would be “offended” if it continued, if her character died. When the Times asked if there could be a happy ending, she replied, “It depends on what you define as happy.”
