The owner of the team will be paid for his work as president of the club’s board of directors.
The President of Real Valladolid, Ronaldo Nazario, will receive a fixed remuneration for his executive work, which will be determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with the budget for each season, as agreed this Monday at the club’s General Shareholders’ Meeting.

One of the items on the agenda of this meeting was the restructuring of the Board of Directors, which is made up of the Chairman, Ronaldo Nazário, two members, Matthieu Fenaert and David Espinar, and the non-director secretary, Javier Ferrero, as explained by Real Valladolid in a press release. The former president Carlos Suárez will therefore leave the club, and will remain as the club’s honorary president.
At this meeting, the annual accounts were also approved and the management report, the audit report and the proposal for the implementation of the financial year from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 were made available.
Finally, articles 12 and 16 of the Company’s By-Laws were amended to enable the meetings to be held and the agreements of the Board of Directors and the AGM to be adapted by electronic means, if necessary.
